Phluowise Ecommerce connects customers with water delivery companies. We facilitate transactions but do not own, produce, or deliver products.

1.3 Account Registration

1.3.1. Provide accurate details (name, email, phone number).

1.3.2. Safeguard your login credentials; report unauthorized access.

1.4 Orders & Payments

1.4.1. Payment Methods: Processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack). We do not store card/bank details.

1.4.2. Pricing: Product prices and availability are set by water companies.

1.4.3. Failed Payments: Orders may be canceled if payment fails.
